Delivery

We offer a quick and professional delivery service nationwide throughout the Republic of Ireland (ROI) and Northern Ireland (NI) through An Post for smaller items and RoadDog courier service for more delicate, larger or bulkier items.

Returns Policy

Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:

-An item is known to be faulty at time of purchase.

-Any labels, manufacturer's mark, stickers, decals or anything either identifying or adding provenance to an item has been removed.

-An item has been damaged while attempting to repair it.

-You no longer want the item/change of mind (e.g. different colour or size) unless it was purchased through our online store or over telephone.

 

Online & Phone Orders

If you purchased an item through our online store or by telephone, you have 14 days from the date you receive the item to notify us in writing that you wish to cancel. After you notify us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods. During this time you are responsible for keeping the item you purchased safe and in good condition.

The refund will be processed using your original payment method, without undue delay within 14 days of receiving back the returned item.The refund issued will be to the value of the returned item only and does not include packaging/shipping costs to deliver the item to you.

It is your responsibility to arrange and pay for the return if the item is not faulty. If the item purchased is faulty and not described as such, Rose Decorative Interiors will reimburse any costs involved. We will not be held responsible for items that do not make it back to us.

Customers will need to check with their local authorities to see if any customs and import taxes are applicable. Any additional customs and tax payments are the responsibility of the buyer.

Rose Decorative Interiors are not responsible for delays due to customs, where applicable.

 

In-Store Orders

Items purchased in person in our store, can be returned to us for an exchange, refund or credit note - if returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. 

For in-store purchases, we cannot accept refunds due to change of mind.

 

Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
